    Is it asking about the price of college? Although it is cheaper than most colleges, it will rise starting next semester which I do not like, so I'll rate it as 1.

    nmc is a junior college and as such, it is really cheap. it benefits in-state (or in this case, in-island) students the most because they will most likely not worry about transportation or lodging. nmc is the cheapest option for in-state students on island. the institution may not be of value to out-of-state students however, unless you really want good weather.
