    As far as the other local colleges, OCC probably has the best quality to cost ratio. They also offer the Chancellor's Scholarship to graduating high school seniors with a good GPA that pays for the first year of tuition.

    I think that the books they pick can be a little pricey, but they do allow for ebooks to be in most of the classes. OCC usually picks text books at can be downloaded most of the time to help with the cost factor.
