    oakton community college cost about one hundred dollars per credit hour, which is amazing when you compare that to your average university. i will always recommend going to a community college first before going straight to a four year school, unless you have a full ride to a full you university then take it. oakton it a great bang for your buck to get an associates degree or to take classes to transfer because either way it is well worth it.

    Oakton Community College is a really great idea if you are trying to save money. It's really smart to go to Oakton if you're planning on attending a four year college after because of all the money you'll save. One semester costs around $1,300. Great for finishing up your gen eds.
