There are a lot of bars near campus, and even more restaurants. There is bowling and billiards on campus, as well as a gym with a pool and hot tub. There are intramural fields right in the middle of campus and several parks within walking distance. There are 2 movie theaters in town and another bowling alley which are all a few miles from campus.

There are dozens of clubs to occupy your time with, involving anything from archery to anime. The Memorial Union Basement is host to a variety of fun activities, including a full bowling alley, billiards, dart boards, air hockey table, and arcade games. Not to mention the dorm room Resident Assistants (RA's) are almost always putting on hall events, such as movie nights, game nights, contests, and raffles. Dixon Recreation Center also has tons of work out equipment, pools, saunas, badminton courts, racquetball courts, basketball courts, ping-pong tables, running tracks, and a massive indoor rock wall. Every term there is a Dixon After Dark event, which takes place on a Friday night and hosts poker tournaments, dance contests, inflatable obstacle courses, snow cones, and other exciting attractions. The weekends are also when Greek Life is in full-fledge, with fraternities and sororities hosting parties and events.

There are a lot of options for you to choose between for fun. Whether you love sports, video games, or just hanging out; there's definitely something on campus for you to participate in. The variety of clubs is amazing, and I can guarantee you'll find at least few that you just have to be a part of. Of course, there are plenty of parties to choose from as well, but be sure to balance the partying with clubs that will be helpful in keeping you on track for graduation!

There isn't much to do in Corvallis, but you can join clubs or use the gym. You can also explore downtown Corvallis which is not a very far walking distance from campus.

There are hundreds of clubs to join, intramural sports, and a walk-on rowing program. On top of these, students can take Physical activity classes and work on campus. Getting involved on campus is the best way to ensure a good experience in your years here.

There is always something to do for fun! Because I live in the co-op we have socials and have activities with the other co-ops. There are a lot of club, organizations, and intramural sports to be involved with. The Willamette River is just a walk away and there is a movie theater. You can always find a group of friends and play ultimate Frisbee.

Go rock climbing in the Pacific Northwest's tallest indoor climbing center; go hiking in the nearby Coast Range or 12,000-acre college forest, play disc golf at nearby Willamette Park, fishing/kayaking/canoeing/rafting in the nearby Willamette River. Take a short drive to many more outdoor recreation opportunities, including backpacking, kayaking, skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, etc. Take classes with the Adventure Leadership Institute.
