    There a metered parking spaces right next to administration until you get a parking pass. $0.25 will get you a half hour and that’s usually all you will need. I recommend bringing change because it doesn’t take cash. Also, if you use a card there is a minimum of $1 which gives you a whole hour. So far at Palomar the teachers are amazing and campus makes sense. The new parking garage is wonderful as well.

    Make sure you use ratemyprofessor.com when picking your classes. The heads of the departments are usually a good way to go. Also, consider bringing your own lunch from home.
