The college map is hard to understand so ask for help if you can get it so you do not get lost going to class.

If you are going to be attending Penn Tech, I will tell you to get used to the country music. The majority of the people there are white, but they are very nice. If you have trouble with studying or with your class, go to tutoring! They have tutoring on almost everything, Always have great communication with your academic adviser. They are the ones that will be helping you out throughout your two or four years at the college. Making friends is easy, but for a tip, please attend some kind of activity that is going on at campus. Join a club or join a sport. From personal experiences, if you do not like to be roomed by yourself, please get your room changed so that you have a roommate; plus its a lot more fun when you get to have your best friend living with you.

You can be sucessful at Penn College if you go to class every day and take assignments seriously. This isn't high school anymore, but I have seen some high school behaviors from other students. The best thing to do is realize that college is a current priority, embrace campus life, and find ways to get involved!
