    If you like small towns and small communities, this is for you. It seems boring at first, but you learn to make your own fun and get involved. The atmosphere is loving and there is actually always fun going on somewhere. It's best to be a big fish in a small pond.

    Be prepared tog et sick often. Your food to be undercooked. For your teachers to be tyrants and basically live in a place unsuitable.

    If you come to Piedmont, make sure you know what professor you have before signing up for a class. All the professors are great, but each professor has a different teaching style that may not match up with your learning style. Also, bring rainboots and a raincoat. When it rains at Piedmont, the campus turns into a lake, and without a raincoat it may be difficult to get to classes.
