While there has been a professor here and there that was not up to par, overall my learning experience here has been extremely enjoyable. All in all I think that the majority of the professors here care about their job and more importantly their students. While it is refreshing to have the occasional young...

A good balance of being a small campus yet there are still so many things that can be done here. It has a great community and helpful faculty.

Purdue University Calumet is a wonderful institution. The campus itself is a small environment, with all buildings in close proximity. The atmosphere is knowledge based and personal; student/teacher and student/student relationships are much more personable than a larger campus enhancing individual's learning opportunities.

Attend the student activities around campus to make your stay more enjoyable. Come out and support the Softball team! Also get help from professors if it is needed before it is too late because they are always willing to help.

The campus is loud and the students leave very little quiet areas for studying. The advisers are very informative, though, and most of the staff are friendly.

It's easy to get into. Not a bad school by any means, but it's not the main campus so it's looked down upon. Athletics are not big here, but there are plenty of activities if your're into that stuff. It's not in a university type city so there isn't anything to do around campus. The campus itself is fairly small and in pretty decent shape. Best part is that the tuition will normally run you 3 grand a semester. There is a wide pool of students from different backrounds and ages here. If I were rating it on a scale of 1-10, I would settle on a 6.5.
