Well the school is basically in the middle of no where in a street where there's a highschool, a middle school, and an elementary school (so good luck with traffic when schools let out). In the school itself theres not much to do except the recreation building which you pay for anyway whether you use it or not so might as well. The 92 bus conveniently has a stop there so you can hop on that and it will take you to downtown providence where theres a mall, waterfires, ice skating in the winter, and a whole lot of restaurants.

On campus it is easy to find something to do. Throughout the year there were activities taken place on the Quad, so many organizations and clubs are able to reach out to the students and put on events for everyone. The school has had concerts, presentations, sports games, and DJ's to entertain us. Also, if you live on campus, Downtown Providence is very close, and full of things to do.

Student Activities host many events, they bring the carnival to us and bring us paint balling, etc. There are many sororities that can be joined. If your into the parties, sometimes there are sneaky ones on campus, but if not, nearby there are many Providence College parties.

Because RIC is predominantly a commuter school there isn't much to do for fun on campus. However, because it is very close in proximity to the city there is no shortage of things to do as long as you have transportation.

The pool and the new, state of the art fitness center is amazing. There are many clubs on campus, too. Off campus, the Providence Place Mall is nearby as is the Providence Performing Arts Center, the Trinity Rep, Waterfire, and many, many cafes, restaurants and shops.
