It is overall a pretty small size community college, it is very hard to get classes especially if you are an incoming student without priority registration. But on the bright side it is not too big where it is constantly crowded. It is very easy to see a counselor or get help when it involves things such as fininacial aid and class decisions due to its size. The teachers here are more involved with the students and really encourage you to ask for help to ensure that you get the best grade possible.

Rio Hondo College is a great stepping stone for students looking to transfer. It's campus has been updated and has become a spot to hang out even when you're out of class. It's location is perfect for commuter students as it sits by two major freeways.
