Some professors are not very clear in their teaching methods, or they rush through the notes and just tell you to go online to get what you've missed. Some faculty make you take classes you aren't ready for or don't want to take.

    SUNY Plattsburgh is located in an area that gives you access to great outdoor and recreational activities. There are plenty of clubs, and opportunities to create new ones for whatever you are passionate for. Near Burlington, VT and the Adirondack State Park.

    Suny Plattsburgh is an amazing school to go to. It's cold, but the people and the environment warm your heart and make you feel it's your home away from home. Just go and visit there and you'll fall head over heels!

    If you like nature, and don't mind a brisk winter, SUNY Plattsburgh is a great choice. Most of my professors are friendly and accessible, and the staff in general is very friendly. Dorming and food are average for a state school.

    SUNY Plattsburgh is in a great location and has tons of opportunities to travel and/or enjoy the outdoors. I am absolutely in love with how small the campus is, I come from a small town and enjoy seeing the same faces over and over again. The class sizes make it easy to maintain good relationships with your professors.
