SUNY Poly is a smaller, tightly knit school and on your way to class you'll see a lot of the same faces. The campus is beautiful, and the social cliques on campus are extremely friendly. Most Teachers are good at their job and will even meet you outside office hours, but some are not as good at their jobs, but they're easy to avoid.

SUNY IT is a small campus that is quickly developing into a prestigious institution. It has recently merged with Albany Polytechnic, and became SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Lastly, the staff is willing to help, and more than willing to try and find you help if your schedules don't match for office hours and such.

Amazing atmosphere for learning, building yourself as a person, and expanding horizons. Definitely learned more in my freshmen year of college than I had in all my life. Beautiful campus, friendly people, helpful professors, and excellent opportunities.

SUNY IT has a very diverse staff. I have found it somewhat difficult to make close friends at SUNY IT. The organizations and clubs at SUNY IT have raised a large amount of money to benefit the local community.

The school to me is absolutely amazing, the students there are very friendly and if you don't drive you can always pool with someone. The dorms are also amazing, it is like being in a hotel only sharing a room with your roommate and that too can be interesting. The food in the Student Center is amazing, It will have you wanting more.
