Established by the Saginaw Chippewa Tribal Council, Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College is a 2-year tribal community college in central Michigan. Dedicated to providing higher education opportunities for Native Americans, SCTC offers associate degrees in Liberal Arts, Business, and Native American Studies. For Native students, all applicants enrolled in a US Federally recognized tribe with one-quarter or more Native American blood are eligible to have their tuition waived through the Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver program.
