I have enjoyed all but one teacher in my first year here at SF State. My teachers are committed to giving me the best education they can and that's a lot to ask for from a state school.

I came during the summer to visit this school with the program I'm in, USC Upward Bound, and I totally fell in love the campus. Friendly people are always greeting you, the campus was very nice and clean, and the classes were well maintained! Besides it is in San Francisco, what's there not to do in San Francisco!

San Francisco State University is a great school for the arts. We have a good dance program here as well as many shows that highlight student and out of school dancers. The teaches also work with you.

When I visited the campus it was gorgeous and in a great city. For San Francisco there are not a lot of hills which is great for getting around easy. Overall seems like a great school

I can imagine myself studying with fellow students on the beautiful, spacious, and luscious campus. I found the campus surprisingly flat since it is in San Francisco. I also like how the buildings are modern.

A beautiful campus that has a lot to offer in terms of curricula. It can be quite difficult to get into prerequisite courses like Physics I; you will have to be patient. Conveniently located next to the Stonestown Galleria shopping centre.

San Francisco State University has been a great school so far. I just finished my first year and I had the best time of my academic career. The other students at SFSU are extremely friendly and the sense of happiness that the atmosphere and campus greenery of the campus gives me is a feeling I won't ever forget.

After completing VERY thorough research and outreach to the university I feel its diversity makes it a great school for students of all social and cultural backgrounds. On the other hand, it is located in a major city, so if the city environment isn't for you than this may not be your school. A big city also has many benefits, tons of social connections and great opportunities to obtain a leading edge in the work force upon graduation.
