I would highly recommend coming to this campus as opposed to other local community colleges. It is very clean and has many brand new buildings. There is no smoking on campus and it feels as if the students there actually want to be there and aren't being forced to keep up their parent's expectations.

Definitely visit your counselor often and let them know what colleges you have in mind to transfer to. Take classes relevant to your interests in order to pin down your intended major and make sure you're on the right course by visiting the transfer center, counselors office, and representatives at the college fair. Work hard in your classes and keep up your GPA - and don't be afraid to talk to your professors!

Make regular appointments with a counselor (and pick one you like the best) to ensure you are completing the correct plan to transfer into your desired major at the college you want to attend after transferring.
