I do admit that I'm a bit of a shut in so I don't get out much, but SCAD does have a huge variety of clubs for students to attend. There is also the city itself as there are many events that go on throughout the school year as well as the different shopping venues and such. There are some sports events, though they usually fly over most people's heads.

Go to the beach, hang out on campus with friends, attend school-sponsored events (concerts, art shows, etc.), and shop in Savannah.

SCAD itself does have clubs and activities that keep their students interested and happy on a daily basis. However, if you aren't one for typical school related activities, there are always dance clubs, eateries, and other Savannah life to enjoy in the immediate area.

There are a lot of off-campus parties, but a lot of them get blown up; you just have to know where to go. Although SCAD is a dry campus, students do party. If you want to avoid that culture, that's fine--you aren't obligated to drink or do drugs. Aside from the party scene, there's Tybee Island, the downtown area, and tons of events that SCAD throws. Honestly, you'll never be bored.

Savannah is a nature lover's paradise. Kayaking, swimming, hiking, you name it- they have it. Great weather year round, so beach trips don't have to end when summer does

I'm not totally done exploring the surrounding areas, but I do know that there are incredible art stores and galleries as well as good restaurants. There may be no Greek life there, but the night life seems very active! Sounds awesome to me!

Explore the city, Savannah is beautiful and wonderful, as well as everything is close together. There are also a lot of clubs to be involved in, including Humans vs Zombies Nerf War. SCAD praises itself on collaboration so get involved in your major and meet people.

The Student Center is very nice with pool tables, arcade games, and even pinball machines. It has areas you can study and have fun which the day I went they were having a Renaissance fair.
