Loads of clubs and activities and volunteer opportunities on campus. Plus, easy access to near by strip mall and larger malls via bus. Buses also take you downtown to shows and events and local bars if you are interested. With several colleges in the area, there are plenty of concerts and events going on, plus the Albany sponsored events and sports teams.

There are a fair amount of clubs that are available on campus. If you're into sports, there is a decent soccer team, baseball, lacrosse and basketball team. However, Siena isn't a big sports school. If you're into the party scene, this is not really a good choice for you. The townhouses on campus are the main area where parties are held and because the houses are on campus, security is tight and townhouses are very hesitant to let anyone that they do not know into their townhouse. They may let you in if you are a girl that they find attractive but you never know. Some people pay for a cab ride to bars in Albany but that can be very expensive and for 21+ upper classmen.

There's a pool table in the commuter lounge. Siena also has a free shuttle bus to the local shopping areas and I believe you get a free bus pass to ride CDTA. It sounds like they have some parties at the townhouses. Albany is also a short drive away. People tend to go to places on Pearl Street. I'd make the trip up to Saratoga since it's a classier area.

There are movies played every week. There is karaoke and bingo once a month. On the weekends there is always something to do at the townhouses.
