If you are looking for a small university that is very personable and about you, this is the place. The size is usually a turn-off, but the connections and friendships are worth while. Also teachers take the time to get to know their students, making a better learning environment.

You will always have mentors here at Siena no matter what major you choose or what groups you are in. Use their knowledge and listen to their stories. You will learn so much from their experiences and they will be able to guide you in ways more than just academics; they are amazing and valuable resources.

Come in open minded. Most people think that because it is a small school and in a small town there isn't anything to do, or you will not have fun but that isn't true. Siena Heights student engagement always has things for their students to do and Adrian is a 30-45 minute drive from Ann Arbor and Toledo.

You want to make sure you have plenty of clothes for warm and cold weather because, depending on the day, the classrooms can be either extremely hot or cold. You want to make sure that you do all of your homework ahead of times because more than one assignment will be due on the same day. Also, Make sure that you study for exams, but if you need help their are study groups, and teachers can help you as well.

try out a few intro classes if you are not sure of what you want to major in. if you can not find the book you need at the book store search online.
