The campus is very beautiful and placed neatly, you will have to really try to gain the freshman 15. The business school defiantly has a lot of opportunities for its students. The town of Cape Girardo is a very neat town, located on the river.

Just by walking on the campus you could feel the warm environmental feel. I really enjoyed my visit there and their rec center! It is also an easy college to apply to.

If you're looking to save some money and have a great college experience, go to SEMO. The Theatre Department was just accredited which means there are going to be more classes and faculty to help you grow and become a better performer. I am a transfer student, not knowing what I wanted to do and I have never been happier with my educational career.

SEMO is a very nice school and most instructors care about the students, however I had 2 very difficulty instructors who tested on material never covered in class. I had difficulty at first finding tutoring and the procedures on this were not readily available, which would have helped me a lot if I could have had the tutoring from the beginning. Now that I am second semester I feel like I have figured out where to get help, so I think it would be a great system to pair freshmen up with an upper classmen for the first semester either as suitemates or as mentors in a mentoring system.

Extremely affordable and barely adequate, this university proves that you get what you pay for. If you want a degree, go to class and you'll get one. Scenic campuses, nice architecture and landscaping, and mediocre (if not helpful) faculty.
