I am a grad student here and I am glad I returned to my Alma Mater to get an advanced degree. Some profs are a little stuck on themselves, but overall this is a great learning environment!
To find more tips for prospective students, what to do for fun and whether this school is great for a particular type of student read the 2 reviews for Southern California Seminary

I was a student for a short period of time. Over ten years ago I was in jail, and as a result found the Lord. I felt a desire to continue to grow and mature through the education the school offers! Basically in the end some felt that because I had a crime on my record I should not be allowed on campus. I was blocked and punished for going to the library once! The school is great as long as you don't have a history of too much sin. This is contrary to the gospel message itself. I did complete my degree off campus and never paid my bill and they didn't send me my diploma. The school is more concerned with public opinion and enrollment than the mission. So if you have a clean life then by all means go and learn! Update: the response given from the school is a lie!!! SHAME on you.
