    As an out of state student, if you have good ACT scores and a good GPA you will qualify for in-state tuition which makes it a great bang for the buck for me.

    Due to a great amount of budget cuts Southern University is underfunded but for what it is worth it is made up the quality of its education. The view of the bluff is the best sight on campus. Somehow mostly everyone who attends or has attended Southern University loves it dearly as if it were their second home.
