    You get out of the education what you put into it, just like any other college -- except with this one, you might have to put a little more effort into it. If you do it right, you could use the college to get into a great university, while minimizing debt. If you don't, you could end up in a confused mess, e.g. having flunked the nursing program, and being split between cosmetology and teaching majors. Don't be that student.

    You can save thousands by going to a community college. They don't charge you for room and board, meal plans or any unnecessary things. They basically just charge for tuition. It's a great place to go if you are undecided about a major and want to get your general education courses out of they way.
