make sure you KNOW you want to be here many majors such as mine are hard to transfer out of and not lose minimum a year of work, courses are specific and often do not transfer to other school. Also be a jock if your not you get outcasted, and play a sport those are like frats and most of your time will be with your team

Don't stray too far from capus as the surrounding area is angerous. This school focuses in on health and wellness so if you are into the same you will love it. Although there are a lot of jocks at the school don't judge them right away. No one is sterotypical at the school and all are very bright and friendly.

Spend a weekend on campus to fully understand what the student life is like. A simple 2 hour tour will not do the school justice. I suggest choosing a weekend filled with student activities and sporting events to embrace how the students support one another.

Apply for as many scholarships as you possibly can (tuition isn't cheap). Although you may not enjoy New Student Orientation, it will be the best time of your freshman year and you will meet so many people. Prepare yourself for a blast!
