Thanks to the professors, St. John's is a school that helps students for their particular career field. Many of the teachers have had experience in your field, so they are willing to give you tips that go a long way. This college is not for the slacker- expect to do work, but in the end it helps out. Many students go onto graduate school in the city or receive internships after they graduate. Some even participate in internships while they are in undergraduate school.

This school is good if you want to be a business student, or go into communications. However, if you want to do anything in biology, chemistry, physics, or really any other science, BE WEARY. Science professors here are below average.

St John's University, I have to admit, is a very diverse learning environment where you can see people from different backgrounds in each class. Along with the diversity in the student population, the school also offers plenty majors for students to choose from. Lastly, the school tries their best with their Career Services and career fair to help students with landing internships.

I absolutely adore going to school here. Not only is the campus beautiful and welcoming, but all the students are extremely friendly, as well. The entire school, despite being one of the largest private Catholic schools on the east coast, is basically just one big family.
