Everything about Susquehanna makes me love it there more and more everyday. The people are friendly and easy to talk to for the most part. There is such an eclectic mix of people on campus that it is easy for anyone to find somewhere they are comfortable. There are plenty of clubs and sports teams and the campus also has a very active and prominent Greek Life. About 30-35% of Susquehanna is involved in Greek Life. There is everything from social to service fraternities/sororities as well as those dedicated solely to music. There is always something going on around campus; movies, dance parties, and once each semester a concert with a popular artist (last year Flo Rida and Iyaz came in the fall and DJ Pauly D had a dance party in the spring). For such a small campus there is a lot going on and its also a very easy campus to get around so nothing is really too far to walk to!

Susquehanna's campus is absolutely gorgeous, simply a pleasantry to the eye. The small hills rolling through the campus, accompanied by the many maple trees and friendly squirrels, create an atmosphere of complete serenity. If the campus isn't enough, literally hundreds of student activities are available for every student! If sports are your interest, spend an afternoon at the James W. Garrett Sports Complex. This massive building filled with all sorts of sports and exercise equipment, is available to all students of Susquehanna. If music is your passion, drop by Cunningham Center for Music and Art. Join the symphonic band or wind ensemble, the orchestra, the University Choir, the jazz ensemble, or any of the other music groups at SU! (see here for a full, detailed list: Perform in the beautiful Stretansky Concert Hall! No matter what you do at Susquehanna, you will find your calling.

SU is the perfect size for me. We're small enough that you'll hear of people, even if you don't ever get to meet them, but big enough that you can avoid the people you don't like- most of the time anyway. I highly recommend going Greek, I pledged Zeta Tau Alpha and am loving it! Also, think about doing the shows and don't ever miss a band playing at Trax. EVER.

There are many ways to get involved on campus. We have lots of clubs, like SU Belly Dancers, Intervarsity (Religious), and greek organizations. We are also have a center for religious life, the center for civic engagement, and the center for diversity and social justice. There is also our student-run coffeehouse named Charlie's and our so called nightclub called Trax. We are also a NCAA Division III school. You definitely will have the opportunity to build a tight-knit group of friends. SU is small so you get to know people well.
