Texas State University is a great school to attend and the campus is very beautiful. There are plenty of things to do on and off campus but be careful and know your priorities. If it is partying just know you wont be there very long.

The campus is beautiful and clean, extremely well kept and the staff in the residential halls and student centers are nothing but helpful and kind. Texas state has a small town feel with all of the amenities of a big city, not to mention Austin and San Antonio are each only an hour away. Tuition is reasonable and the professors truly care about the education of their students.

I rate Texas State a 6 out of 10 because some things are high price there. But the food is great, there is a lot of variety. People there are always willing to help if you et lost.

Texas State has so much to offer like Greek life, great student opportunities, and over 270 organizations. While there is much to do here it's easy for some to get carried away from school work. It can be hard to find your place though if you don't put in effort.

Texas State is a highly accredited school and should be a serious consideration for everyone. Don't listen to people who say it's only a party school. If that's hat you want, you can find it, but be aware that there's more out there.

Texas State is the place. There's always something to do, whether it's in The Marc, The Square, LBJ, or the Quad. There's parties, food, loads of fun! It's right between Austin and San Antonio, about the same distance both ways (:
