Texas Tech is definitely the place to attend college for anyone seeking the most bang for their buck. Not only is tuition more reasonable than many other major Texas institutions, but students benefit from many free commodities on campus. Those who live in the dorms have access to unlimited free laundry. There are many free movies and events offered for students to attend. There are also many opportunities to enjoy free food, drinks, and giveaways at scheduled times and places around campus. Tech has an awesome recreational center that is free to students. There is also free counseling and tutoring open to students.
