Visit the campus whenever you can because the atmosphere is like nowhere else. Chapel is a wonderful time of worship and getting to know the connection among the students. However, if you are not able to visit, research online and know that you will be cared for. A tip for the college search in general is to really evaluate what your priorities are in education and find the college that seems to best fit those priorities because that will be extremely important in your college career.

Apply, then come and visit! But even if you don't get to (I didn't!), the campus is beautiful. I ended up Googling everything about the college and watching as many videos as I could to get a feel for what it was like, and that was helpful... but even after that, I was still shocked by how nice everything looks. The campus is small, but they do a good job with upkeep.

Do not neglect the size or entrance standards of the school: our exit scores match those of every major university.

Be sure to get in contact with other students at the school and start building relationships if you can, especially if you are coming from out of state.
