The main campus is located just north of Columbus so while there are many things to do on campus, there is also a huge city within walking distance.

The oval is a good place to go and hang out. The university also offers plenty of activities, hosted by OUAB, that are fun, like carnivals, concerts, and movie nights.

OSU is almost always offering some sort of event on campus whether thats recreation classes in the gym, free concerts, or guest speakers. There are several concert venues not too far from campus. OSU sports games are super fun to attend, especially football, and there are also professional soccer and hockey teams, as well as a minor league baseball team.

Based in the city of Columbus and not far from the Short North, German Village, and Clintonville, there too many things to list to capture ALL of the things to do at OSU. To name a few include: OSU Sports including THE OHIO FOOTBALL BUCKEYE GAMES!! GO BUCKS!!! Tailgating!, Intermural and club sports, hundreds of student clubs, one of the largest Greek systems in the country, multiple runs/Pelotonia (bike race), multiple volunteer opportunities, escape rooms, The Columbus Zoo, The Cols, Museum of Art, COSI, and many other activities.

Being in the center of Columbus, there are things to do on and off campus throughout the week and during the weekend. There are many communities to explore in Columbus, and multiple groups that operate on campus with a focus on the off campus area like the Clean Plate Club.

It's Columbus, the capital of Ohio. The possibilities are endless. Strictly on campus, however, there were many events going on during my visit, all included for students, and football games are always a must.

The Ohio State University has a variety of different clubs to attend, but if you're looking for other things to do, High Street on the east side of campus offers a plethora of restaurants, stores, and even the Gateway Film Center, an independent film theatre.

what can't you do? i have been to so many festivals at ohio state its crazy to think about. i have been going to the ohio state football games since i was like 8. the football games attract thousands of people, especially, when they play *ichigan. now if you aren't a sports fan, that is okay. before the football games even happen, there is one huge parking lot party going on, you can party and hang out with friends. if you are interested in "the best damn band in the land", then before each home football game you can go to the skull session, and the football players and the coach talk. after the skull session you can see and talk to the band members and cheerleaders. in the summer they have concerts in the shoe and in the schottenstein center. those are just some of the things i have went to but this list could go on and on.
