I have completed a total of 34 hours at the UT campus. So far, I have learned a lot from my professors. While some classes are huge (200+), others allow for one-on-one time with other students and faculty. Even in the 200+ classes, discussion sections are set up so students can interact with T.A.s, feel more comfortable asking questions, and to learn more about the material.

I am about to visit the campus, and I am really excited. I know the academic level of the classes and the surrounding environment is nice, but it's just what I've heard so far and I'm ready to experience it firsthand. Any helpful tips about navigating around and what to look out for are highly appreciated! (I will update my review later)

Great campus atmosphere in which to live and learn. Provides the courses and academic challenge I was looking for. Far enough from home to let me learn to become self sufficient.

This school is the perfect size and location. It is located in the city of Knoxville; however, it still has a small town college feel to it. Therefore, there are many activities to participate ranging from school-affiliated clubs to extracurricular activities.

It's a very large school with lots of walking. It seems to be a party school; there are lots of people drinking along the streets before and after the games. It seems like there are a lot of good major programs here.
