This school is great for students who are interested in learning from a diverse population of teachers. The advising center is highly helpful in getting you on the right path and picking the classes you really need. I love the campus being so spread out and enriched with nature in every direction. Class size is relatively small, providing a more one on one feeling with teachers and students. You know people in your class and can feel comfortable asking a teacher for help. The staff is very friendly and it is a casual setup. Great school for those looking into...

University of West Florida is a heartless business of a learning institution that treats it's students as monetary investments rather than individuals in the pursuit of higher learning. The faculty was rude and disconnected from their students, swatting away questions and clarifications with annoyed tones in both their classrooms and private offices, likely due to their gross disregard for effective class sizes. Their science curriculum, specifically zoology and chemistry 2 courses, also puts students without smartphones or without additional funding for constantly buying new equipment that could easily be loaned out are at a serious disadvantage, as much information was instructed to be recorded through cameras and made unavailable through other means of recording due to severely rushed time constraints.

UWF has a small campus feel with all of the benefits of a large university. The registrars office has been extremely helpful in answering any questions and offering solutions. Tuition costs are affordable with a wide variety of degree choices.

The University of West Florida is a great school. The school offers a fully online masters course that is affordable and helps save me traveling time. The courses educate students just like a regular on-ground course.

This is a great school! It's like you go to a private school because theirs not 500 people per class and you have so many resources to help students succeed, and you pay at a public school price. They really care about the students succeeding and finishing the semester strong!

The class sizes are nice and small. The teachers are phenomenal. Being a transfer student, you don't get treated with the same respect as other students.

Great academic environment. Okay dormitories with no wireless Internet. Okay food, but it would be a good idea to learn how to cook.
