The United States Military Academy at West Point is a great place to be if you like to have a structured and regimented way of life. You will be kept busy and will value the very little truly free time you get, but the friends you make here will last a lifetime and the opportunities available to you (free semester study abroad, etc.) are not to be found anywhere else.

One of the most beautiful campuses and everyone I met was great. Although it may seem as though you're sacrificing a lot it is all worth it in the end.

The United States Military Academy at West Point is a very prestigious institution in which one can discover what he or she is truly made of in the academic, military, and physical fields. Every student graduates a leader of character and earns the privilege of leading men and women in the U.S. Army. The ever expanding fraternity of the 'Long Grey Line' reminds the student that he or she is not alone in their drive to become an officer in the U.S. Army.

USMA is a wonderful institution, intent on taking high caliber students and creating leaders of character, as well as future Army officers. I believe that the busy schedule, coupled with the academic, military and athletic demands on the students creates students able to manage stress and hefty demands upon them.
