    Campus Safety

There are about two police officers on campus at all times.

    Greek Life

There are no fraternities or sororities.

    Clubs and Activities

Being a community college, it lacks the selection of clubs that a 4 year university would have.

Great for these types of students

Non-traditional older students, recent high school graduates, full time and part time students.

Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus

    I haven't observed any.

    Bang for the buck

Tuition is low. There are a lot of different programs to either prepare you for a 4 year university or for the work force.

    What to do for fun

There's not much to do in Hope. Hempstead Hall has a few events and there are a few clubs at UACCH.

    Food and Dining

The food is good, but it's expensive. You can drive into town and eat for a lot less money.

    Dorm Life

    There are no dorms.

    Academic Rigor

The classes at UACCH are focused on the subject matter, but some of the classes are easier than you would expect at a college.

    Tips for prospective students

The bookstore is really expensive, so it's a good idea to find out what books you need well before your classes start and order them online.

    In three sentences

UACCH is a great place to get started on your college education. It is a small school, so it's good for those who need to adjust before moving on to a four year university. The staff are friendly and helpful.

    Campus Safety

While I have been to this school no issues have happened.

Great for these types of students

    Students looking to save money

    Bang for the buck

Going to this school for my first couple years has helped me save THOUSANDS of dollars. My twin sister went to another school in north arkansas and we both have the same amount of scholarship money. While she was still having to pay off a couple thousand dollars, I was getting money back!

    Food and Dining

The food on campus is pretty good and cheaper than a fast food place.

    Dorm Life

    There are no dorms.

    Tips for prospective students

If you are having problems in any of your classes, don't be afraid to ask for help. The teachers here really want to help you.

    In three sentences

This is a great school to start your education for your career. This school has faculty members that are there to actual help you reach your goals and make good grades in your classes.

    Campus Safety

There are always campus police around. The text message option is essential for safety. The administrators text and let you know if danger is on the campus.

    Bang for the buck

Hope is very cheap. Although its cheap, you still get an excellent college level education.

    Food and Dining

The food at Hope is delicious. It is not like cafeteria food in high school. You can choose what you want and it is made right then.

    Dorm Life

At Hope, there are no dorms.

    Academic Rigor

The classes are always challenging. Hope has a high graduation rate due to the small amount of students that attend.

    In three sentences

Hope Community College is an above average school. The faculty and staff are understanding, caring, helpful, etc. The students that attend this college are welcoming and always offer a helping hand.
