What Students Are Saying

1. Make sure you take care of your financial aid as quickly as possible. The longer you wait the longer the lines in the Financial Aid building will be.

2. Get involved in as many activities on campus as possible.
Kenya from Memphis, TN
Stay focused, stay active, and make good connections in the university you will do fine!
Kourtney from Little Rock , AR
You want to make early requests for services you need, like preferred roommates or extra space, because many students have made contact for a long time as they wait anxiously to get in UAPB. Also, request a calendar and pay attention to important dates for Orientations and workshops for new students. Recruiters @UAPB go the whole mile and some more- so I'll give them an 8 for their tips also to interested students.
mercedes from Memphis, TN
Prosperctive students look for good networks and great friends to mingle with.
Devonte from Cleveland, OH
One tip i would give anybody wanting to attend UAPB is that if you really want help the instructors will give you one on one sessions in their offices after class if you need help.
Quincy from Marion, AR
The only tips I can give is go to class, get to know your professors,do your work, and have fun but dont forget why your there
Shinice from Marvell, AR
Stay focused. Don't waste all your time partying...
