The professors at UC Irvine really care about you. Although the lectures are quite large, professors always take plenty of their time for office hours and you can even schedule appointments with them if those hours don't fit your schedule. The class readings are relevant and although they are often long, you learn so much from each one!

I didn't plan on coming to UCI, I wanted to go to UC Davis, but in all honesty.... I love it here! Students at UCI are willing to help you such as the free tutoring offered and office hours. UCI has a beautiful campus and you can never get lost in a circle.

UCI's mascot is an anteater, and the location of the school is the safest place to be. It's peaceful here, no smoking, lot of fresh air from the trees in Aldrich Park and it's hard to get lost because you can just walk around and find the right building eventually! The professors vary, but there are a lot of cool professors who teach very well.

UC Irvine is a great college for those looking to go somewhere quieter. It is close to the beach, downtown LA, and two malls. The teachers are very passionate and want to see you succeed in what you do.
