    UC Merced provides a significant amount of financial aid, which allows the college experience overall to be more enjoyable. While college education is, in general, extremely pricey, UC Merced is one of the most reasonably priced colleges that I applied to.

    They give the best financial aid but apply early to get the best out of it. Best to come here if you live in state. Financial Aid Received = Cost of Attendance - Expected Family Contribution

    The school gives its students plenty of financial aid, and scholarships are also available. Since the school is so small, getting a job is not as difficult as it would be on other campuses.
