Compared to private schools, UCSF has a good reputation and is more affordable, but it is still pricey considering that the neighborhood is very expensive.

I think there are 3 following items that should be present in the school's policy. - Firstly, the criteria for admission to international students should be more flexible because of variously intermingling among all different students. - Secondly, every semester, the school need to standardize the quality of each student as soon as they are admitted because this prompts them to be more arduous to their study at once despite the input flexibility. - Don't only focus too much on all files of participants. For exaple, before admitting any student to learn select courses, they must take input tests to one more time assess their real ability. I do hope the school will be flexible to international students in order that more and more students have chances to be admitted.
