There are classes ranging from several hundred students to just a handful. It is easy to contact teachers and have them help you in the courtesy of their own office. There are also help rooms for several of the math and science classes where you can get help from your peers and staff. Most of the classes are appropriately challenging and have good professors.

  • Apr-01-2015 I am researching this school and have visited the campus

The town near the campus has nearly anything you could want. Pear Street mall isn't too far from there. The campus is beautiful and open.

The University of Colorado Boulder is an incredible institution that allows students to challenge themselves academically while also allowing for time to be spent enjoying the fantastic Front Range city of Boulder. Out of the three colleges that I have attended, I have by far enjoyed CU Boulder the most due to the connections I have made with professors that have catapulted my academic career and the opportunities that studying here has afforded me. One of the only things that I would change would be the limited online class options.

I really hope to attend CU. The campus is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by a very cute town, and overlooked by the massive Flat Irons. I really hope to attend here next fall.

The campus is beautiful and there are so many opportunities available for all different interests, from the outdoors to arts. The dining is actually very good; I never miss food from home with all the options here. The school values education as much as it does wellness, so there are many options to stay focused on academics while still being social and having a good time.

CU Boulder's College of Engineering is one of the best in the country, and provides many opportunities for students to learn, gain hands-on experience, and pursue their passions both inside and outside of the classroom. The campus is gorgeous and is situated right in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and is close to some of the best hiking, rock climbing, and skiing in the country. Boulder provides an excellent mix of nature, culture, and academics; there are always exciting opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive on and off-campus.

This school has a very friendly but challenging academic environment. The faculty and students are all very open, accepting and friendly and we all just want to have a good time. Most importantly, despite its reputation, the parties here are fairly limited and you certainly don't have to go to them if you don't want to.

Prideful in its overwhelming greek community, which is great if thats your bag. Expensive for everyone, almost unbearable for the typical middle class family between tuition, books, rent, food, etc. Beautiful city and location filled with people who share a love for the outdoors in one way or another.

This is the most beautiful campus I've ever seen; wake up every day to mountains and fresh air! Study what you love in a place that you love, but don't slack off. Like most places the course work can be rigorous, especially if you don't pay attention or go to class, and you're probably paying a lot of money for that privilege.
