    The subway stops right at campus. If you drive a car, i wouldn't bother spending money on a parking permit, just park for free one station down or better yet strictly take the train. Traffic gets out of control in the morning and public transportation is free with your student ID.

    learn the light rail system! it can be very confusing at first but it'll be a huge way to commute on and off campus plus the pass is included in your tuition! make sure to get involved! since the extracurricular activities are much smaller you will get much more out of it and you'll likely be able to get into any club or sport, really.
