The professors here are very nice and helpful to all their students. They try to work with the students as much as possible to get them on the right track and to succeed in class.

They do not have anything close to what the recruiter told my parents and I when we spoke to him. This college has ludicrous pricing for food that rarely has a positive taste, dorms and washing areas that have constant issues, and few classes where I have ever learned anything. Do not believe a thing say, because it's no where near what the actual environment is like.

The University of Houston-Victoria is a friendly, welcoming, campus in the suburban to rural setting of Victoria, Texas. The campus itself is quite small, but expanding, and the staff seemed friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. I found the Jaguar Hall very accommodating as well, considering everything it had to offer, such as their computers and free printing available, multiple lounging rooms as well as rooms to study in.

Great when it comes to 20 students: 1 professors ratio. The tuition is less than the main campus. Professors are very helpful and want to see their students succeed.

The quality of education there is OK, just OK. The degree is of course not comparable with other institutions such as UH-main. The employees will never consider UHV's degree the same as UH-main 's degree as many people thought.

The school offers various programs such as Arts & Sciences, Business Administration, Education & Human Development and lastly Nursing. The professors and staff are very kind and demonstrate that they care for their students.

I would rate the University of Houston- Victoria as a 7 because the city of Victoria is not as grand as well as many adventurous sites to explore; however, the University itself is currently growing rapidly in terms of population. I enjoy the more intimate student to teacher relationships. There are no more than 40 in a classroom, allowing the students to receive more attention when needed.
