The University of Iowa Orientation was so helpful and encouraging to me and hundreds of other incoming students. All the faculty members were kind and open to conversation and inquiries, and the student leaders were friendly and knowledgeable. Since attending Orientation, I've realized there are so many awesome activities to get involved in, and it's so hard just to pick a few!

It was a good enough school. It is strongest in humanities and arts as well as communications and is respectable in engineering/sciences. I would have stayed if it weren't so expensive for out of state students.
