It is an okay price for the quality. You could get the same type of teaching at Southwest.

The University of Memphis is a 4-year university whose teachers, facilities, and educational programs rival those of widely acknowledged universities, such as Columbia University and Penn State. However, the University of Memphis is an inexpensive 4-year university. Students who reside in surrounding counties of the university are able to considered â??in-state,â?? which allows them to pay a cheaper tuition. As a student, $300 dining dollars are built into your tuition that can be used either to buy meals or even buy books at the campus bookstore. With no major roads running through the campus, the need to have a vehicle is little to none. In fact, the university sponsors a bus line called the â??Blue Lineâ?? that is available to all students free of charge-just have to have Student ID. The â??Blue Lineâ?? transports around campus, near local markets such as Kroger and Walmart, and even to athletic events. Most importantly, a â??Blue Lineâ?? bus is guaranteed to pass by designated pick up stations every 7 minutes.

The University of Memphis knows that college is expensive, and tries their best to include a lot of stuff in your tuition. Almost all of the on campus activities are free, or are free with your University ID.
