  • Sep-02-2015 I am researching this school and have visited the campus

U of M is pretty pricey, if you can get a discount, scholarships, etc. I highly recommend that because this is one of the most expensive public schools.

University of Michigan is a bit pricier than other schools, but it pays off. The recognition of the University's name can only help when looking for schools, and as a student and graduate you will have access to an extensive alumni network. As a student, you can choose from dozens of degree programs and research opportunities. There are constantly speakers visiting campus and things to do. It is hard to be bored here!

UofM is pretty expensive, out of state in particular. But it couldn't be more worth it for the experience you get.

Receiving no financial aid from out-of-state is a definitely possibility and is a huge financial burden, so make sure you get some form of aid. It's the most expensive public school in the nation for a reason! The academic experience is exceptional, and receiving financial aid along the way will make it all the sweeter.
