Books are expensive. Classes are expensive, but they are worth the money. Semester costs and tuition are appropriate in that you get what you pay for and it is not cheap.

The people at UNLV are, for the most part, young adults with a few elderly folks and middle aged adults. This campus offers great sorties and fraternities to join, however there are no sorority or frat houses on campus because it is illegal. An experience is what you make of it, yet UNLV enables the greatest experience you can imagine.

UNLV is definitely affordable to those who are coming from out of state and those who live in state. In state tuition is very affordable and if you don't have to pay housing, it can be as low as $7,000 an entire year! There is no other college that could provide the same educational opportunities for that price. Many people for Southern California or those who are looking for more stable weather conditions will come from out of state. The out of state tuition is also very reasonable.
