Watch the housing and make sure you get everything you can from the advisors because a lot of the courseload can be tricky depeding on your major. Also try and get as much financial aid possible, it's an expensive school that will inevitably take care of you if you are willing to work diiligently.

UNE online MPH program is great for self-starter students. I live in California and UNE is in Maine, but the support I have received as a remote student has been awesome. Also the MPH curriculum is comprehensive and fascinating!

University of New England (UNE) has campuses on Biddeford and Portland Maine.; the Portland campus is mainly for graduate students and the Biddeford campus is for undergraduates. This is a perfect school if you are majoring in health science professions. You are going to fall in with the campus because it has beautiful locations with a view of the ocean as well as a private beach.

A great university with a very close knit community. UNE is a great place for undergraduate research, or to pursue the marine sciences. In addition we boast a beautiful campus and the number one return on investment in Maine.

You WILL fall in love with the location. The University is harder to stay in than it is to get in, so be prepared to be challenged! UNE is full of many different types of people, but most of us strive to help others.

The University of New England is an excellent college for students seeking a campus with a professional atmosphere and a variety of research opportunities. The campus life is quiet and friendly overall. There aren't a ton of division sports teams; however there are many clubs and other opportunities for students to get involved in.

This school is mostly a health sciences school. I would not recommend coming here if you intend to focus on a major outside of the health/medical field. Beautiful small campus in biddeford with a graduate and professional campus located in portland.

Students are very focused on academics. Located right on the Saco River, everywhere you look has a incredible view. A small campus filled with smiles.
