I love it at the University of New Hampshire because it offers so many opportunities in academics, athletics, community bonding, and fun extracurriculars. It has a medium/large campus that's very much its own community and absolutely gorgeous. It also has some of the best food, unlike a lot of college campus.

It's a big school with a lot of opportunities in both academic and social circles. There's a club, activity group, or fraternity/sorority for any type of person, and the faculty genuinely wants you to succeed. However, the size means you have to be your own best advocate to succeed.

A great decision if you want to meet new people and make great connections. I've tried things here that I wouldn't have back at home (namely fencing!) and been the better for it. The professors here genuinely care and for the most part are brilliant.

unhelpful, condescending and unknowledgable staff. students make up a great community but sadly the academics are subpar. i've had more staff tell me to "rethink my life," or "you wont be able to do that," than i am comfortable with considering i am paying these staff members.

this is an amazing university, the campus is beautiful and the education is great! even though it is a northern school the weather is still nice for most of the year. the food is really good, and there's a big variety of people so you'll be sure to find your crowd.

UNH is an amazing school with all the resources I need to succeed. The business school is especially exceptional and the professors there have such a large network that they welcomely open to students. The campus life is perfect to experience a traditional college experience.

UNH is in the heart of Durham so you will have to deal with the middle and highschoolers in the down town area. Don't worry about them. They leave you alone if you leave them alone.
