Campus is ten minutes from the beach and about fifteen minutes from downtown Wilmington. Downtown Wilmington offers a few clubs, bars, and many restaurants to choose from, as well as simply walking around looking at the cool sights. The USS North Carolina is also a fun activity to try out. The massive battleship can be toured and explored many times without it getting boring. There's also plenty of stuff to do on campus for fun, the school has the largest gym on the east coast! There are also many clubs and organizations you can join to have a fun time or help make fun for everyone else!

The best thing to do is go to the beach! You could even take a ferry Southport. If the weather isn't nice downtown is always inspirational and awing. Around campus there are many places to sit and relax- inside and out. There are a few popular clubs nearby, and downtown has an unending night life. The rec center here is stunning and perfect for anyone looking to stay fit. There is an indoor and outdoor pool!

Obviously the beach! Besides the main attraction most think of when they think of Wilmington I spend my time with friends either on campus or in downtown Wilmington going through all of the small shops, restaurants, battleship, and board walk! I am very involved with on campus student organizations which keeps me pretty busy. The school also has every club imaginable to fill any spare time you will have!

The beach is only about a 15 minute drive away from campus which is so convenient if you have a car. If you don't have a car, however, there is a bike trail to the beach that is only about a 30 minute ride. On campus, there are always tons of events/activities going on, as well as sporting events, the movie theater, and Sharky's Game Room.

Beach, downtown Wilmington, feeding fish in Amphitheater, seeing a sometimes free or $2 movie at Lumina Theater on campus, Sharky's Game Arcade, playing cards against humanity with friends, mall, and so much more!

Where do I begin! There's downtown Wilmington, which has a whole bunch of little cute shops all over. There's the many beaches just minutes away from the campus.
