Get on Orgsync and check out the clubs and activities they offer from the Center for Student Involvement, but I'll just list a few of the things I do for fun here: -Ducks After Dark - free blockbuster movies every Thursday night with student ID -Connect the Ducks - bingo each week! It's hard to find things to do off campus, but there are a few movie theaters in town, plus minigolf, lazertag, escape rooms, hiking, a waterpark (I just found out this year!), and "normal adult places" like Target and the Dollar Tree. orgsync link: https://orgsync.com/login/university-of-oregon

There is a theatre down the street from UO on 13th that plays really cheap movies, ranging from less well-known films to blockbusters. UO also offers free movies on campus Thursday nights. There are clubs for all kinds of interests and a lot of club sports to chose from.

There is so much to do, the UO offers a recreation center where you can go to work out or even just get a friendly game of badmington. Besides the Rec center the UO is always hosting events, just like the ducks after dark, where on thursdays at 8 we go watch a movie with fellow students, and it's FREE!!!

The Craft Center has more things than you would think - you can make pottery, blow glass (if you take a class), paint, and all sorts of things. The Rec center has an amazing pool and jacuzzi to chill out in, as well as a rock climbing wall. For off campus, downtown is a fun place to visit with a quick trip on the bus, and if you have a car I would definitely suggest checking out Skinner's Butte (It overlooks the whole city of Eugene).

The university offers various events that cater to individuals of all groups throughout the year. There is always something going on throughout the week, whether it's a big multi-cultural event such as a Hawaaiin Luau or swing-dancing on a Tuesday night.

The University of Oregon has the perfect location when it comes to things to do. Eugene is an awesome town with tons of culture and plenty of opportunities for exploring. If you want get out of town, Eugene is about an hour from the coast and two hours from Mt. Hood. For the people who don't want to leave campus, Oregon has a really nice recreational center with tons of things to do!
