The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown is a 4-year public institution in southwest central Pennsylvania and the oldest regional campus in the University of Pittsburgh system. Pitt-Johnstown grants bachelor’s degrees in 45 academic fields of study. For students interested in the arts, Pitt-Johnstown hosts the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center featuring a concert hall, black box theater, and art gallery where student art is exhibited alongside that of professional artists. Set in the Laurel Highlands, the Pitt-Johnstown campus provides access to 15 miles of hiking and biking trails and is the first Pennsylvania university to be declared a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
