Visit the campus! From the pictures, I could already tell that the campus would be pretty and in a great location. But touring and seeing the campus in person, and talking with my tour guides, really helped me better understand what the experience at UPS would be like. If you are worried about the cost, apply anyway. UPS has many scholarships and grants that they award, which can greatly decrease your yearly cost to attend.

If you have to come here that is understandable, but I would really suggest you reconsider, especially if you are a student of color. This is a horrific place for students of color, that is why our diversity is so low and why POC drop out at such high rates. Also watch out to come here if you are a woman because our treatment of rape is absolutely appalling (or man because that is also ignored at this school).

University of Puget sound is a small school with a traditional setting. I would recommend a lot of research on these categories. Either way the college application process is hard and sometimes you just have to follow your gut instinct.
